Discordance is the only perk you want to keep at tier 1 You'll know 4 seconds sooner if there are still multiple people on the gen I also prefer spies for the shadows tier 2 rather then 3, but that's just my personal preference

Tier I notifies you for 8 seconds while Tier III notifies you for 12 seconds but Discordance ALSO gives you the audio ping As such, Tier I continuously pings every 8 seconds so long as 2 survivors stay on the gen which is a better indicator and gives you more information than Tier IIINot exactly It was a better information perk at tier 1 because it gave notifications faster when they were working on a gen Tier 3 took 8 seconds for the notif to go away so it could mean they worked on it for 1 second, and they both ran away, and you wouldn't know until 8 seconds passed
